Holistic met Paul Corcoran, Chief Executive, and Andrew Hartley, Business Development Director, to discuss the potential for the development process at Sheffield College. A five day interview process ensued, leading to the production of a 50 page implementation study recommending a staged four year plan. This included building an alumni database, improving communications with the wider community, building business links, and leading to a long term fundraising development operation. Various appendices listed CRM database options, prospect research companies, job descriptions, professional organisations, and an anticipated income and expenditure stream.
